00 / How it worksPreview

How a meme buys a stock.

Six steps, every one of them on chain. Launch a coin for free, pick any real-world asset on Solana, and 90% of its creator fees buy that asset and hold it forever.

01Launch free

Launch a coin. Free.

Name it, give it a ticker and a picture, pick what it buys. The treasury launches it on pump.fun and pays for it, so it costs you nothing. It is a normal pump.fun coin: a billion tokens on the bonding curve, then PumpSwap after it graduates, tradable in SOL from any wallet or terminal.

02Pick any asset

Pick any real-world asset.

Anything that exists as a token on Solana: tokenized stocks and ETFs from xStocks, Ondo Global Markets and Backpack Securities, pre-IPO companies from PreStocks and Tessera, gold and silver from issuers like Paxos and Tether. The catalog holds 875 of them today.

Tokens that track the same company are grouped into one underlying, so a coin pairs with NVIDIA, not with one particular NVIDIA token.

03Locked at birth

The fees are locked at birth.

In the same transaction that creates the coin, the treasury sets up pump.fun's own fee-sharing program for it: 90% of the creator fees to the coin's vault, 10% to the treasury. On pump.fun the first update to that split is the lock. After it, nobody can change where the fees go, not even us.

The vault is a wallet made for that one coin. Its address is public from the first minute.

04It buys every minute

The vault buys, every minute.

Every minute the engine sweeps each coin's share of the fees into its vault (once pump.fun's minimum is met). When a vault holds enough SOL above a small reserve, it asks Jupiter for a quote on every token that tracks its asset, including the ones that only trade against USDC or through RFQ market makers, takes the most units per SOL after price impact, and buys.

Each buy is a transaction signed by the vault. It shows up on the coin's page with its route and its signature.

Bars: units received per SOL after price impact. Illustrative; the real quotes change every minute.

05It never sells

It never sells.

There is no sell. The code that runs the vaults can buy their asset and nothing else: no path sells, sends or burns what a vault holds. Prices move; the number of shares and ounces only goes up.

06One position

One company, many coins, one position.

Every coin paired with the same company adds to the same stake. Ten coins on NVIDIA build one NVIDIA position, counted in shares and in % of the company, and every one of them pushes it up the ladder.

07 / What you actually own

Plain words, no fine print.

  • A tokenized stock is a tracker. It is issued and backed by its issuer and follows the real share price. It usually carries no voting rights.
  • “% of the company” is economic exposure, not control. The ladder's rungs, the 13D line and 50.1% included, are there to show scale. They are illustrative.
  • Issuers keep powers over their tokens. Some can freeze, move or burn tokens in any account. Every asset page lists the flags for each token that tracks it.
  • Some tokens only trade some of the time. USDC-only tokens and RFQ market makers can refuse outside market hours; a vault that cannot buy simply tries again later.
  • Holding a coin is not holding the vault. Coin holders do not own or redeem what a vault holds. The vault keeps it, forever.
  • Memecoins can go to zero. Nothing here is investment advice.
08 / Fees

One fee. Split once.

pump.fun charges a flat 0.30% creator fee on every trade of every coin, on the bonding curve and on PumpSwap. For coins launched here, 90% of it goes to the coin's vault and 10% to the treasury. There is no other fee.

Example
Trading in the coin$10,000
Creator fee, 0.30%$30
To the vault, 90%$27 of the asset
To the treasury, 10%$3
09 / Verify

Every claim here is checkable.

  1. Find the vault. Every coin page shows its vault address. It is a public wallet made for that coin.
  2. Read its balances. Open the vault on any Solana explorer: its token balances are its holdings.
  3. Open the buys. Every buy on a coin page links to the transaction the vault signed.
  4. Check the lock. The fee split sits in pump.fun's fee-sharing config for the coin's mint, written in the transaction that created it.

Right now the site runs the PREVIEW world: a labelled simulation of coins paired with real assets at their real live prices. Its addresses are simulated, so nothing links to an explorer until the treasury goes live.

10 / Questions

Asked and answered.

01Is launching really free?
Yes. The treasury is the wallet that creates every coin on pump.fun and it pays the launch cost. You sign a free message to prove your wallet; you send no transaction.
02What does the treasury get?
10% of every coin's creator fees. The other 90% goes to the coin's own vault, which spends it on the coin's asset.
03Can anyone change the split later?
No. The split is written into pump.fun's fee-sharing program in the same transaction that creates the coin, and on pump.fun that first update is the lock. Not the launcher, not the treasury, not us.
04Why does a vault hold NVDAx and not NVDA?
Real shares do not live on Solana; tokens that track them do. A vault buys whichever token that tracks its asset gives the most units per SOL at that minute, and the site counts everything in units of the real asset: shares or ounces.
05When does a vault buy?
Every minute each vault is checked. It buys once it holds enough SOL above a small reserve kept for transaction fees and token accounts.
06What happens when my coin graduates?
It moves from the bonding curve to PumpSwap like any pump.fun coin. The creator fee keeps being charged there, and the vault keeps buying.
07Can I sell my coin?
Of course: it is a normal pump.fun coin, tradable anywhere. Only the vault never sells.
08Is % of the company real ownership?
It is economic exposure through issuer-backed tokens, usually without voting rights. The ladder shows scale; its rungs are illustrative.
09What is PREVIEW?
Until the treasury goes live, the site runs a labelled simulation: coins paired with real catalog assets, with fees and buys priced at the assets' real live prices. Every page that shows a number says PREVIEW.
10Is this investment advice?
No. Memecoins can go to zero, and nothing on this site is advice.
